Fast forward to 2015, I spotted a real gap in the market and launched my first business under the Chameleon brand: a headhunting-led rec2rec firm built to connect the best recruiters with the best agencies.

 

Over the years, I’ve helped founder-led recruitment companies hire top-tier recruiters/salespeople and I kept seeing the same pattern. The fastest-growing agencies were specialised one market in particular…….. GTM (Go-To-Market). That lightbulb moment, combined with a genuine passion for working with founders, inspired the launch of ScaleWithChameleon.
