A high-growth FinTech company in London is seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Sales to lead its commercial efforts in the cross-border payments space. This senior role is ideal for a proven sales leader with deep experience in global payments, B2B enterprise sales, and scaling high-performing teams in fast-paced FinTech environments.
The VP of Sales will own the go-to-market strategy, manage a growing sales organisation, and drive new revenue across strategic accounts. This individual will play a critical role in expanding the company’s footprint across key global markets, while working closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy focused on cross-border payment solutions
- Lead, hire, and mentor a high-performing sales team focused on enterprise clients
- Build and manage a robust pipeline, overseeing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Identify and expand into new verticals and international markets
- Collaborate with product and compliance teams to align client needs with evolving regulatory and technical requirements
- Report directly to the executive team and contribute to company-wide growth strategy
