An innovative AI-driven marketing company based in Dubai is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive client satisfaction, adoption, and long-term value across a portfolio of key accounts. This role is ideal for a proactive, relationship-oriented professional with a passion for technology and marketing solutions.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring successful onboarding, usage, and growth of the company’s AI marketing platform. Preference will be given to bilingual candidates fluent in Arabic and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing adoption of the platform
- Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations
- Identify opportunities for account growth, renewals, and expansion
- Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Monitor account health, usage data, and feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for feature enhancements and product alignment
