A fast-growing global cryptocurrency exchange is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive user acquisition, partnerships, and revenue growth across Latin America and beyond. Built by experienced leaders in crypto, finance, and tech, the company is focused on delivering a secure, transparent, and scalable trading experience while expanding its footprint in key global markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and close new business opportunities to grow users and trading volumes
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, affiliates, influencers, and regional stakeholders
• Manage affiliate and partnership pipelines from outreach to onboarding and optimisation
• Conduct due diligence to ensure compliance and strategic alignment
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on campaigns and activations
• Support acquisition and management of institutional and high-net-worth clients
• Analyse performance metrics to ensure growth targets and ROI are met
• Represent the exchange at industry events and community engagements
Requirements
• 3+ years in business development, partnerships, or growth (fintech, financial services, or crypto preferred)
• Demonstrated success closing high-value partnerships
• Strong understanding of the LATAM market and broader financial/trading ecosystem
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
• (Bonus) Knowledge of crypto exchanges or trading platforms
